Manages relationships with industry analysts and gathers market intelligence to inform strategic decisions. Monitors the competitive landscape and tracks market trends to position JustRelate within the CX/CRM market.

Leads digital transformation projects for enterprise clients, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering complex CX solutions. Requires strong project management skills and experience with web and CRM implementations.
