Senior Associate, Workflow & Automation

This Site Reliability Engineer role owns production stability, observability, and system health for a mission-critical global campaign governance and compliance platform running natively on Google Cloud Platform. The engineer will lead incident response, root cause analysis, and implement minor code fixes in Python, while defining the observability strategy using GCP tools and Prometheus. This role also provides technical leadership to an L2+ support squad and partners with EMEA-based engineering and product teams.

This role develops and maintains interactive dashboards and reports for digital media campaign performance, ensuring accuracy and architectural soundness. The senior associate designs test plans and automated validation scripts, performs data validation across visualization platforms, and supports data governance and taxonomy. This role implements and expands WPP's Measure reporting platform, deploying data collectors in Adverity and developing SQL transformations via DBT on Google Cloud Platform.
