Forward Deployed Engineer

This customer-facing engineering role involves deploying and customizing Voyantis's AI platform for enterprise clients to optimize their growth and marketing operations. The engineer will work directly with clients to ensure successful implementation and integration of the platform.

This role builds AI applications, agents, and workflow automations that solve business problems across Reddit's internal functions like Sales, Marketing, and Finance. The engineer will translate ambiguous business needs into AI-native workflows, prototype quickly, and productionize solutions with proper evals, governance, and observability. Requires 5+ years of software engineering experience, hands-on AI agent development, and experience with MCP, LLM retrieval, and enterprise integrations.

This role focuses on designing, integrating, and deploying AI solutions for enterprise customers, handling technical challenges from implementation to production. It requires close collaboration with clients to ensure successful deployment and operation of AI systems.

This role focuses on rebuilding the engineering workflow around AI agents within a high-traffic production codebase. The engineer will work on the platform used by 2,000+ brands, processing 2.2 billion requests, integrating AI agents directly into the product development process. The position requires deep experience with large-scale systems and a forward-thinking approach to AI-native development.

This senior engineering role leads technical architecture and drives innovation for Kovva's AI agent platform.
