Peak XV Partners has restructured its operations to manage over $10 billion in assets, expanding its investment focus to include the United States and global innovation hubs. This geographic expansion is supported by the launch of three new funds and significant recent capital deployment into AI-native platforms, notably leading a $50 million Series B for Vapi and participating in Sarvam’s $234 million round. MoEngage Acquires Aampe to Scale AI Agents

India-based customer engagement platform MoEngage has acquired San Francisco startup Aampe in an all-cash deal aimed at embedding per-customer AI agents into marketing workflows. Financial terms were not disclosed; a source told TechCrunch the deal was worth "tens of millions" of dollars. Aampe, founded in 2020, builds software that assigns a dedicated AI agent to each customer to personalize messaging based on individual behaviour; the startup has more than 30 customers across the U.S., Europe and APAC and saw annual recurring revenue grow 150% year-over-year, MoEngage CEO Raviteja Dodda said. About 20 Aampe employees will join MoEngage, bringing the combined company's headcount to roughly 820. MoEngage — which raised $280 million in late 2025 — expects the acquisition to help win enterprise customers migrating from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud.
