ABOUT PEEC AI Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win. We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $15M ARR, with a 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office. ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Growth Engineer for acquisition. You own the experimentation surface and run the tests on it: landing pages, pricing, paid surfaces, programmatic pages, and the path from a click to a created account. We already have a growth engineer and he works on the product side. This role points outward and is deliberately not a second version of his. You report to the Head of Growth and work with our Growth PM, our growth engineer, our performance marketer and our design team. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build the experimentation infrastructure. Feature flags, assignment, exposure logging. - Run experiments end to end. Hypothesis, build, instrument, launch, read, decide. - Own the acquisition experimentation surface. Landing pages, pricing, paid pages, signup entry points. - Treat that surface as a product. You set the roadmap and the order of work. - Build programmatic page systems at scale. Own technical SEO as engineering. - Make conversion measurement trustworthy. Event design, funnel definitions. - tooling that takes manual work out of acquisition. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We do not filter on years or job titles. This work runs under at least four different names. We care what you have actually done. - You have run acquisition experiments end to end. You formed the hypothesis, designed the test, built it and read the result. Not advised on them, not analysed someone else's. - B2B tech experience. - Strong production React and TypeScript. Our stack is React, Node.js and Next.js. - SQL and analytics fluency. Funnels, cohorts, event design. - You have built something programmatic. A page system, templated pages at scale, or an internal tool. - You ship with Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent. - Product judgment BONUS POINTS - You set up an experimentation practice from scratch and grew it into a real motion. - Product-led growth experience. - Programmatic SEO at meaningful scale. - Experimentation platforms and feature flags. Statsig, GrowthBook, PostHog, or your own. - SEO, search, MarTech or AdTech background. - Side projects and experiments you can show us. WHAT WE OFFER - Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startups - Regular team events and off
