Hiring Market: Stephan Neumann to Lead Flow Koln as Managing Director

Stephan Neumann, previously a managing director at production company Riverside Entertainment, will become the new managing director of Flow Cologne (Flow Koln) starting November 15, 2026. He will also take on the role of head of the Entertainment & Events business unit across all Flow locations. The move comes after his announced departure from Riverside, where he was involved in producing major shows such as the German Television Award and the Eurovision Song Contest. Flow, which recently expanded its Cologne operations by producing the WDR talk show 'Kölner Treff', aims to grow further with Neumann's expertise in entertainment and events. Neumann will focus on developing new entertainment formats across multiple channels and positioning successful linear program brands in the digital space.
