Linux Geek / Student – Entry Level

Provides advanced support for Linux-based edge devices and servers deployed in retail environments, troubleshooting complex issues and escalating to engineering as needed.

Assist in production and technical support tasks, likely involving digital signage hardware and software. This role is part of the Production & Support department at Mvix.

Coordinates client interactions and supports the sales team to ensure smooth client experiences. Acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams, focusing on relationship management and operational support.

Provides technical support and assistance to Mvix clients, resolving issues related to digital signage software and hardware. Troubleshoots problems, guides users, and ensures timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
