Full Stack .Net Engineering Lead

This role leads full stack development using .NET technologies, designing and building scalable web applications. The engineer will architect solutions, mentor junior developers, and drive technical best practices.

This Lead Full Stack Engineer builds the Agentic App Builder platform on top of ZMP, enabling teams to develop, deploy, and operationalize applications with AI and agentic workflows. The role involves designing backend services and APIs, building frontend experiences in React/TypeScript, and embedding AI/LLM capabilities for intelligent automation. The engineer will mentor others, lead technical initiatives, and own the platform end-to-end with a focus on architectural simplicity and developer experience.

This role is a senior technical leader on the Frontier Data Platform team, designing and building systems that ingest, correlate, enrich, and surface billions of records across customer-facing products. The engineer will write production-grade backend code daily, lead system design for ingestion pipelines and entity resolution, and mentor a small team. Requires 7+ years of backend software engineering experience in Java, 5+ years of cloud infrastructure experience (GCP preferred), and deep experience with distributed data pipelines and streaming systems like Kafka.
