This role designs and builds scalable backend services in Python and TypeScript, owning API design and data access layers for AI-powered products. The engineer will implement durable workflow orchestration, integrate LLM runtimes, and ensure system reliability and observability in production. Requires 5+ years of backend experience, strong distributed systems expertise, and hands-on use of AI coding tools.

This role owns adoption, value realization, relationship health, renewal readiness, and expansion after go-live for enterprise AI customers. Responsibilities include building success plans around measurable operational outcomes, driving adoption, leading evidence-based business reviews, and identifying renewal risks early. Requires enterprise customer success or technical account management experience, technical fluency with APIs and integrations, and clear executive communication.

This role owns the path from POC scope through hands-on delivery, evaluation, production launch, and early expansion for strategic customers. Responsibilities include embedding with customer operations teams, translating ambiguous needs into architecture and milestones, building integrations across helpdesks/CRMs/ERPs, and configuring AI workflows with retrieval, tools, and guardrails. Requires production software-engineering ability in Python or TypeScript, customer-facing technical delivery experience, and practical knowledge of LLM systems.

This role owns the go-to-market narrative and positioning for Sainapse, an AI product, including building buyer personas, core messaging, and sales enablement assets like case studies and battlecards. Requires strong B2B product marketing experience for technical enterprise products, excellent writing skills, and the ability to understand APIs, workflows, and AI limitations.
