Director of Customer Success, China

This is a Client Director role, responsible for leading client relationships and driving strategic growth. The director will oversee account teams, ensure client satisfaction, and develop long-term partnerships.

Ensures client satisfaction and retention by onboarding, supporting, and advising customers on BidsCube's platform. Acts as the voice of the customer.

This role provides day-to-day IT support to employees, managing access, devices, software, and IT processes to ensure secure and effective operations. The specialist will handle troubleshooting, maintain IT infrastructure, and enforce security policies.

Grow revenue and drive adoption of the Bidease Platform through strategic account management and relationship building.

Own Bidease's awareness, credibility, and commercial momentum across the Chinese mobile ecosystem, working closely with China Sales and global marketing team.
