Strategic AI adoption lead (West)

This specialist post-sales enablement role focuses on delivering high-impact enablement and adoption services across OpenAI's product suite, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents. You'll design and deliver enablement experiences, lead live workshops, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert for designated product areas. Success means accelerating customer confidence, increasing product adoption, and helping customers translate product features into tangible outcomes across teams and business functions.

This role owns adoption, value realization, relationship health, renewal readiness, and expansion after go-live for enterprise AI customers. Responsibilities include building success plans around measurable operational outcomes, driving adoption, leading evidence-based business reviews, and identifying renewal risks early. Requires enterprise customer success or technical account management experience, technical fluency with APIs and integrations, and clear executive communication.

Responsibilities include threat modeling LLM architectures, building automated security controls, and establishing SAST/DAST scanning in CI/CD pipelines. The role partners with engineering teams to create secure coding standards and reusable security patterns.

This role owns WRITER's brand strategy, both internal and external, from campaign development to scalable brand systems.
