Leads data engineering team to build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. Focus on data architecture, ETL processes, and enabling analytics.

This role leads the London data/ML function, initially as a sole hire and scaling to 5-10 people, owning the roadmap for reward/payout optimisation, real-time personalisation, and offer ranking. The hire stays hands-on with code and model reviews while building the team and technical culture from first principles. Ideal candidates have senior/staff/principal IC experience in recommendation systems, marketplaces, or other rigorous applied-ML domains.

This Lead Architect role is responsible for designing and overseeing the data and AI platforms at EssenceMediacom. The architect will define the technical roadmap, ensure data governance and scalability, and lead the implementation of AI/ML solutions to support data-driven marketing and analytics.

Provides advanced customer support, handling complex inquiries and ensuring high satisfaction. Requires deep product knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
