Director, Engineering Operations

This role leads the engineering organization responsible for Hevo's automated unified data platform, which moves and syncs data across 150+ sources to cloud data warehouses. The Director will drive technical strategy, scale the platform, and manage engineering teams to ensure reliable, real-time data integration at scale.

Provides customer service support across multiple channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction. Focuses on day-to-day customer interactions and problem resolution.

Provides after-hours travel consulting, handling urgent travel needs and customer inquiries with strong problem-solving and service orientation.

Manages ad operations and client accounts, optimizing ad performance and maintaining strong client relationships. Focuses on delivering measurable results and ensuring client satisfaction.
