Horizon3 Raises $250M Series E at $2B Valuation

Horizon3, a San Francisco-based cybersecurity startup, raised $250 million in a Series E at a $2 billion valuation. Returning investors NightDragon and NEA participated, and new strategic backers include Singapore’s EDBI, defense contractor SAIC, and Qualcomm. Horizon3 says it is approaching $100 million in annual recurring revenue with 120% year-over-year growth, has run 310,000 production security tests with no disruptions, and has invested roughly $100 million in R&D to build automated, controllable security testing. Its NodeZero platform performs continuous, live scans across full infrastructures without shutting down operations. The funding will support international expansion (Amsterdam, Australia, Singapore), partner network development, and continued R&D amid rising AI-driven attack concerns and recent AI model breaches at research labs.

Armada Raises $230M, Johnson Controls to Build Factory

Armada, a San Francisco-based builder of modular AI data centers, raised $230 million in a Series B round valuing the company at $2 billion. The financing coincides with a manufacturing and investment deal with Johnson Controls to produce Armada’s megawatt-scale modular unit, the Leviathan, at a new 400,000-square-foot Arizona factory named Galleon Forge One, which is expected to create more than 500 jobs. Armada says its modular units can be deployed within days and run on local energy sources; customers include the U.S. Navy and industrial operators such as offshore oil rigs. The company reported customer bookings grew 540% from fiscal 2025 to 2026 and that Q1 FY27 bookings rose roughly 2,000% year-over-year. The round was oversubscribed and co-led by Overmatch, 8090 Industries and BlackRock, with several strategic and existing investors joining.

HUMAN Secures $50 Million to Combat Ad Fraud

HUMAN announced a growth funding round of more than $50 million, led by WestCap, with Goldman Sachs, ClearSky, NightDragon and Vertex Ventures US participating. The company plans to use the capital to improve its ad fraud and click fraud detection by building closer integrations with platform partners and to strengthen security features for platforms using alternative IDs, while evaluating methodologies used by ID solutions to ensure industry-standard practices. The update clarifies that HUMAN does not plan to build a proprietary deterministic ID or a standalone measurement/attribution solution. Formerly White Ops, acquired by Goldman Sachs in 2020 and rebranded as HUMAN, the company has over 400 employees and anticipates meaningful growth in engineering and data science, with some expansion of its sales team.
