Interactive Performance Deutschland, a specialist agency for performance marketing, has brought in Synatix as an investor by selling about one-third of its shares. The deal injects fresh capital and adds Synatix's performance-marketing expertise to support the founders' growth plans. The Hamburg-based GmbH will continue to operate as Interactive Performance while leveraging the investor's resources. Synatix, a Hameln-based holding group that has built multiple brands over more than a decade and holds stakes in diverse sectors, says the partnership will help expand its own footprint in adtech and other services. The group employs more than 100 people across five locations. Martin Aye, a shareholder of Interactive Performance, welcomed the arrangement, while Fabian Simon, Synatix's managing director, emphasized that durable partnerships in competitive markets create a competitive advantage and extend reach across Europe.
