Havas Creative Network

Havas Creative Network is a global agency network for integrated creative and brand communications.

Analyst Perspective

Havas Creative Network is the global creative and communications agency network within Havas. It delivers brand strategy, advertising, content production, customer experience, and integrated campaign execution through a managed-service model that combines creative, media, data, and technology across connected agencies. Its Village model and Converged.AI operating system are used to coordinate delivery across markets and channels for large advertiser clients. The business primarily serves global brands, enterprise advertisers, and marketing organisations that need cross-market brand building and campaign execution. It generates revenue through project fees, retainers, and broader agency contracts tied to strategy, creative development, production, and ongoing marketing operations. The network is operationally active, but it is not itself the listed parent entity; listing status belongs to Havas N.V.

Analyst Signal Briefing

Updated: 30 Jul 2026

Havas Creative Network is prioritising tech-enabled growth through its AI platform, AVA, and a strategic shift towards modular, 'black book' architectures that allow clients to retain data and intellectual property. This technological focus is bolstered by recent business wins, including Arnold’s appointment as creative agency of record for Discount Tire. Furthermore, leadership is emphasising 'brand desire' as a core competitive advantage, leveraging agentic AI and evolving measurement frameworks to better capture relationship-based insights and revenue outcomes.

Category Differentiation

Havas Creative Network is a global agency network within Havas, not a standalone software vendor or separate listed operating company. It should not be confused with Havas N.V., the parent-level listed entity.

Havas Creative Network: About

The company operates as a global agency network that sells managed creative and communications services to enterprise clients. It creates value by combining strategy, creative development, production, data, media coordination, and campaign execution inside one operating structure, allowing multinational advertisers to run more consistent campaigns across markets. Proprietary internal systems such as Converged.AI improve planning, personalisation, measurement, and workflow efficiency, supporting both delivery quality and cross-sell across the wider Havas organisation.

How Havas Creative Network Works & Monetises

Business model analysis and core revenue streams

Havas Creative Network monetises through service fees rather than a pure self-serve software model. Core revenue comes from project-based creative engagements, ongoing agency retainers, production fees, and multi-market integrated communications contracts. Data-led planning, personalisation, and optimisation capabilities supported by Converged.AI strengthen commercial value and support larger scopes of work, but these capabilities function primarily as enablers of higher-value managed services rather than standalone public software pricing tiers.

Desire as a Competitive Brand Advantage

An ADWEEK House Cannes Lions group chat (created in partnership with Havas) explored how brand desire — distinct from mere visibility — is becoming a key competitive advantage. Speakers from Havas Creative, Havas Media Network, Pantone, Mindscope, beehiiv, SAS, ViiV and TIM Brazil argued that bold brand choices, color psychology, habit formation and founder-led transparency build affinity and trust. Panelists noted technology (including LLM-driven discovery and 'agentic' marketing behaviors) is changing how audiences search for and validate information, increasing the importance of desirability. They also discussed evolving measurement approaches — for example reframing metrics to reach, relationship and revenue — and the need for new frameworks and metrics to better surface actionable insights about brand desirability.
