Funding Market: Street Group secures Hg investment at €233.8 million valuation

Street Group, a Manchester-based PropTech startup formerly known as Agent Software, has secured a strategic growth investment from Hg, a European software investor. The deal values the company at over €233.8 million (£200 million). Street Group provides vertical software and AI tools for the UK residential property market, including the Street.co.uk CRM, the Spectre lead-generation platform, and Cortex, an AI-native product for building and orchestrating AI agents. Founded in 2015 by siblings Tom and Heather Staff, who remain majority controlling shareholders and co-CEOs, the company employs more than 200 people and serves thousands of estate and letting agency branches across the UK. Hg, with over $110 billion in assets under management, will support the company in accelerating product innovation and deepening its AI capabilities. Street Group was previously backed by Manchester-based PXN Group.
