ECGrid Adds MCP-Powered Conversational AI
Loren Data Corp. announced that ECGrid customers and partners can now query and interact with their B2B communications directly through AI assistants (including Claude and ChatGPT). The capability exposes ECGridOS via an open Model Context Protocol (MCP) server so users can ask natural-language questions and receive live, analyzed answers drawn from network data. Access is scoped via existing ECGrid API-key authentication and the service runs on ECGrid’s SOC 2 Type II audited platform. At launch the MCP server includes more than 40 purpose-built tools covering interchange and parcel tracking, diagnostics, document counts, webhook monitoring and user administration.
