BlueConic Acquires Blueshift to Expand Agentic CDP

Customer data platform BlueConic announced it is acquiring Blueshift, an AI-powered cross-channel marketing platform. The combined product aims to pair BlueConic’s real-time first‑party customer profiles with Blueshift’s decisioning and execution across owned channels (email, push, in‑app, SMS, web). The companies say the merged offering helps marketers capture behavioral context, decide a next-best action using AI agents, and execute across channels in a single system. The combined firm serves more than 600 customers across CPG, retail, DTC, and travel/hospitality. BlueConic named Melissa Murray Bailey as its CEO and emphasized real-time context as a competitive advantage.
