DXC Advances Intelligent Insurance via Platform Innovation
DXC Technology announced a series of investments and capabilities to help insurers modernize critical operations, improve productivity, and adopt AI without disrupting existing systems. The announcements were made at the DXC Connect Executive Insurance Forum in London. Key initiatives include expanding the Assure Platform with new capabilities like Assure Configuration Manager, which enables low-code, configuration-based deployment to accelerate access to new features. DXC also introduced Assure Smart Apps, AI-powered applications that automate tasks and improve decision-making in underwriting, claims, and operations. Since launch a year ago, Smart Apps have been adopted by 18 clients, serving over 450 insurers, with more than 750,000 automated transactions and 70 agents deployed. DXC also plans to combine Assure Platform with its London Market Core Platform to enhance connectivity and operational control in the London insurance market.
