Lexroom Acquires Bulgarian Legal-Tech Startup Praven Intelekt
Italian LegalTech company Lexroom has completed its first acquisitions, acquiring French legal AI company Query Juriste and Bulgarian startup Praven Intelekt, thereby expanding into France and Central and Eastern Europe, and now operating in five European markets. Praven Intelekt, founded in 2025, offers an AI platform for Bulgarian legal professionals with over 20,000 registered users and 900 customers, while Query Juriste brings nearly 300 customers and a platform with over five million legal documents. The founders and teams of both companies will join Lexroom, with Etienne Le Guay leading France and Siyanna Lilova becoming Head of CEE. The brands will gradually transition to Lexroom. Lexroom, founded in 2023, surpassed €20 million in ARR in summer 2026 and recently raised $50 million in Series B funding led by Left Lane, totaling over $73 million. The acquisitions align with Lexroom's strategy of localizing legal AI for each market.
