ClickUp Launches Brain2: Company-Aware AI

ClickUp announced Brain 2, a reimagined core AI platform that the company says has full awareness of a customer’s company knowledge—tasks, docs, decisions, relationships and conversations—to power answers, execution and collaboration across teams. ClickUp describes Brain 2 as ‘multiplayer’ by default, with persistent, organization-wide memory, the ability to spin up AI agents, and integrations with tools such as Gmail, GitHub, Figma and Slack. The product routes between frontier models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) or lets users choose a model, injecting company context into each request. ClickUp reported that, in blind head-to-head evaluations on real work tasks, users preferred Brain 2 100% of the time over standalone ChatGPT and Claude. The announcement emphasizes enterprise security and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 42001, HIPAA, GDPR).
