The company holds 5.96 million ETH (4.9% of total supply), 212 Bitcoin, and a $98 million stake in Eightco Holdings, with total assets including $549 million in cash and securities. Bitmine has staked 5.067 million ETH via its MAVAN platform, generating approximately $334 million in annualized staking income. The company has been buying ETH weekly since June 30, 2025, nearing its goal of owning 5% of all ETH. Chairman Tom Lee highlighted Ethereum's role in Wall Street tokenization and agentic AI as catalysts, noting ETH's Q3 2026 outperformance over the S&P 500 by 5,866 basis points.
