We are a passionate and talented bunch of people who love diversity and welcome initiative. Our mission is to deliver actionable insights for our clients to improve their media and communication strategies. We believe everything is possible if you put your mind to it, and we are proud to have some of the best data scientists, analysts and researchers in our ranks locally as internationally. What will you do as a Research Specialist? You will assist the team in conducting our proprietary data solutions to improve the campaign effectiveness of our clients: media effectiveness research, creative assessment, media trend and consumer insights research. You will assist in developing appropriate methodologies, make right analysis and reporting and present to our clients. Once you get acquainted with our offering, you will be leading research projects yourself. From helping to draw up a solid research proposal and designing questionnaires to analysing the results, together with your fellow colleagues. For you, maintaining an overview and ensuring that your project planning is on point is a no brainer. You're not afraid to use AI and automation to gain sharper insights faster and turn them into compelling reports and presentations, while deep diving into the data and making sure everything is right. You will work closely with clients, strategists, data experts and creative teams, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm. Who are you? You are an analytical pragmatist. You already have about 3-4 years of experience in market research and are now completely ready for the next step. You are curious, proactive and customer oriented. You have several years of experience in research. Preferably at a research agency or media agency but can also be on the client side or management side. You have a 'make it happen' mentality. You are analytically strong; you don't shy away from SPSS and Excel analysis and have a passion for data and technology and see opportunities for innovation everywhere. You have a growth mindset: you are eager to learn, open to change and want to get a better at what you do every day. You are a team player who gets energy from working together We truly believe talent and attitude beats experience, and we love positive ambitious persons. In a fast-moving media environment, we face many challenges and continuous change, so we are thus looking for people who are not afraid to take ownership on projects and give proof of a clear ‘consider it done mentality’. As an important “actor” in the service industry, we expect you to be service minded by nature, but with a good twist of assertiveness. You need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and SPSS. To see the big picture, you need to be able to combine analytical skills with conceptual thinking. Being passionate about media is a real must … so are your future teammates. Being part of a big international group, means that we expect you to be fluent in French, Dutch and English (or at least to become it over time). Are you the Research Specialist we are looking for? Do you feel the energy, and do you already see yourself fully participating in our team? Then don't wait any longer! Who knows, maybe we'll soon have a cup of coffee to get acquainted. We can't wait to hear from you. Please read our Privacy Notice for more information on how we process the information you provide.
