Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Full-Stack)

This role leads complex end-to-end deployments of frontier models in production for strategic customers. The engineer owns discovery, technical scoping, system design, build, and production rollout, working closely with customer engineering teams. Requires 5+ years of engineering experience, production-grade coding skills in Python or JavaScript, and experience with LLM-powered systems.

This role involves designing and building custom full-stack software solutions using OpenAI's APIs for strategic customers. The engineer will work hands-on with customer technical teams, prepare scopes of work, and contribute to internal knowledge bases to scale delivery. Requires 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience and strong customer-facing skills.

This research-first role focuses on designing rubrics, benchmarks, and evaluation methods to measure whether AI models work for real people over long horizons.
