Designs, analyzes, and implements engineering test plans and procedures for RF products, focusing on RF measurements, test equipment (VSAs, VSGs, VNAs), and test architectures. Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams on company-wide hardware test needs including phased array testing, and manages lab equipment and purchase decisions.
