Senior Frontend Developer (Marketing)

Leads web engineering efforts for marketing projects, building and optimizing marketing web solutions with cross-functional teams. This is a technical leadership role focused on delivering high-performing web platforms to support marketing initiatives.

This role focuses on developing and maintaining web properties for the marketing team, requiring strong web engineering skills. The position can be based in Dublin, Helsinki, Netherlands, or the UK.

Lead and build the Technical Account Management (TAM) function at Hevo, owning the entire post-sales journey from onboarding to expansion. Design TAM playbooks, segment the customer base, drive net revenue retention and expansion metrics, and grow a team of TAMs. Requires deep technical understanding of data pipelines and a data-driven approach to customer health and lifecycle management.

Serve as the senior technical specialist for complex customer conversations, including architecture reviews, expansion discussions, and senior-level technical engagements. Engage credibly with CTOs and data architects, lead technical discovery and solution design, and translate complex requirements into actionable guidance. Deep expertise in data pipelines and data architecture is essential.

Lead a team as a Technical Lead Manager, a step before Engineering Manager, with ownership over part of the system's architecture and implementation. Influence hiring, conduct technical reviews, and mentor team members, with a path to either Engineering Manager or Staff/Principal roles.
