Data Architect

This Data Architect role develops and maintains a comprehensive data architecture strategy aligned with client business objectives. The role involves designing logical and physical data models, architecting data warehousing solutions, and directly developing ETL processes and data pipelines. Candidates need 10+ years of experience, expertise in data modeling and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), and strong client management and team leadership skills.

Designs and implements data and AI platform architectures, focusing on scalable solutions for data processing and machine learning workloads. The role involves architecting robust systems to support advanced analytics and AI initiatives.

This is a hands-on developer-architect role owning the technical design of Azure-first data and AI platforms. The Lead Architect will define reusable patterns and reference architectures, proving them in code (Terraform, Azure Databricks, Synapse) and prototyping AI solutions like RAG and agentic workflows. They will bridge client strategy with engineering, mentoring teams and reviewing code/IaC to ensure resilient, self-service, and cost-effective delivery.

Builds and maintains data pipelines and architectures, ensuring data quality and optimizing data processing workflows.

Manages post-sale relationships with retail clients, ensuring adoption, value realization, and retention of vision AI solutions. Acts as the primary point of contact for escalations and drives customer satisfaction.

Analyzes business data to generate insights on retail store performance and solution effectiveness. Supports data-driven decision-making for internal teams and customers, leveraging BI tools and analytics methodologies.

This role develops and deploys AI models for computer vision solutions targeting retail loss prevention and operational efficiency. The engineer will work with Python, deep learning frameworks, and large-scale video data to build and productionize models.
