This Staff QA Automation Engineer role at Zeta Global is a high-ownership position focused on building quality as a system for AI-first engineering teams. The role involves designing automated testing systems, defining production-ready standards, mapping data flows, and developing testing strategies for AI-generated, non-deterministic systems. Requires strong SQL skills, CI/CD experience, and background in quality engineering or SDET, with MarTech/AdTech and healthcare data compliance experience preferred.

Supports client CRM needs from a quality perspective, testing deliverables in hosted and cloud environments during platform migrations and new client onboarding. Responsible for executing test plans, documenting scenarios, reproducing production issues, and adhering to change control processes while collaborating with Solutions Management and Account teams.

Captures customer requirements and collaborates with engineering to document user stories, data flows, business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement specifications (FRS), and use cases. Ensures product features align with customer needs and supports successful product delivery.

Enhances existing Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards. Mentors and trains new developers, leveraging deep expertise in the standard Power BI platform to improve data visualization and reporting capabilities.

Oversees the implementation and utilization of data-driven insights, managing BI tools and platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity for strategic decision-making. Leads BI initiatives and collaborates with stakeholders to drive data-informed business strategies.
