Develops AI solutions and integrates them into client platforms, requiring strong software development and AI/ML expertise. Focuses on building and deploying AI capabilities for client environments.

The Senior C++ Engineer develops and maintains high-performance C++ components for Tracify's tracking and attribution platform, focusing on precision, transparency, and data privacy compliance. The role collaborates with a cross-functional team to build scalable solutions for marketing analytics.

Builds and owns the acquisition experimentation surface, including landing pages, pricing, paid pages, and signup entry points. Runs experiments end-to-end, builds programmatic page systems, and ensures trustworthy conversion measurement, working with React, Node.js, Next.js, and SQL.

This role involves operating modern cloud environments reliably, with hands-on work on stable, secure, and scalable cloud systems. The engineer will have high ownership and short decision paths within a small technical team.

Leads the integrated growth organization spanning performance marketing, lifecycle, ABM, and organic growth. Partners with Sales to drive enterprise pipeline and revenue, owning growth performance and forecasting. Requires strategic leadership and data-driven marketing expertise.

Leads security design and implementation for AI infrastructure, including threat modeling for AI-specific risks and building security tooling. Automates GRC controls, strengthens cloud security across GCP/AWS, and owns GitHub security controls. Requires hands-on security engineering experience and AI fluency.

Owns the strategy, operating model, and growth of the Services organization, leading implementation, enablement, and advisory pillars. Drives the shift from product-led to services-led motion, defining commercial models and operational backbone. Requires hands-on leadership and cross-functional partnership with Sales and Customer Success.
