The Associate Director conducts hands-on audits, develops full-funnel strategies, and advises on category growth and media investment. Requires deep Amazon media expertise, strong commercial acumen, and experience with commerce metrics like ROAS and TACoS.

This role manages and optimizes retail media campaigns across leading e-commerce platforms, driving sales growth and improving advertising performance. The Senior Associate will independently manage campaign setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization, and take ownership of performance reporting. Requires 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, e-retail planning, and Amazon Ads, with strong analytical skills and a good understanding of the MENA eCommerce landscape.

This role manages Amazon advertising campaigns for clients, focusing on Sponsored Ads delivery, optimization, and automation. The manager defines campaign plans, tracks performance against KPIs, and mentors junior team members. Requires 2+ years of Amazon advertising experience and proficiency with tools like Pacvue, SKAI, and Cortex.
