Senior Software Engineer

This Staff Engineer role designs and builds cutting-edge data integration solutions for a deep tech ELT product, architecting scalable systems that connect disparate data sources. The engineer will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and research emerging technologies, requiring 8+ years of experience with distributed systems, cloud architectures, and data processing engines like Spark, Kafka, or Flink.

This role involves designing and building highly maintainable, efficient components for Hevo's enterprise data pipeline platform. The engineer will own feature design, scoping, and implementation, focusing on performance, scalability, and high availability in a multithreaded, distributed environment. Requires 4-8 years of experience in building scalable distributed systems with strong Java/Python skills.

This role analyzes data to provide insights for business decisions, creating reports and visualizations to support various departments. It requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.

This role builds and maintains data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics and business intelligence, ensuring data quality and accessibility. It requires experience with data engineering tools and practices.
