ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a GTM Enablement Intern to join us for 3 months and help make sure everything our customers and prospects see from Peec is high-quality, accurate, and on-brand. You'll work directly with our GTM Enablement Manager and support Growth, Sales, Customer Experience, and Design on decks and offers, case studies, and competitive intelligence. This is a hands-on role, not a shadowing one. You'll ship real work that goes in front of customers from your first weeks. We use AI to move faster, and we'll expect you to as well, while holding a high bar for quality. If something looks generic or rushed, we want you to be the one who notices. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Update and refine sales decks, one-pagers, and offers so they stay current, consistent, and pixel-perfect - Support our case study program: prepare interviews, draft customer stories, and help turn results into polished assets - Track competitor launches, pricing, and messaging, and summarize what's new in a clear, usable way for our teams - Help build and test workflows and automations that save the GTM team time - Learn our product and the AI search space quickly, and help translate new features into materials - Take on ad hoc projects across Growth, Sales, and CX as priorities shift WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in business, marketing, communications, design, or a related field - A strong eye for aesthetics: you notice when spacing, fonts, or colors are off, and you care about getting the details right - Comfortable working in Google Slides, Figma, or similar - Curious about AI and how people use it, with good judgment on when AI output is good enough and when it isn't - Quick learner who can pick up a technical product and explain it simply - Organized and reliable: you manage several requests at once and follow through - Excellent written English BONUS POINTS - Previous internship or working student experience at a startup or tech company - A portfolio, side project, or anything you've made that shows your taste - Some exposure to SEO, GEO, or marketing tech - Experience with building lightweight automations using Hubspot, Clay, and Claude - Fluent German WHAT WE OFFER - Real

You'll sit between Growth, Sales, Customer Experience and design, and own the materials, stories, and market knowledge those teams rely on every day: decks and offers, case studies, and competitive intelligence. This role is for someone who holds a high bar on craft and moves fast. We use AI to speed up our GTM work, and we expect you to do the same. We also expect you to be the person who catches generic, low-effort output before it reaches a customer. Our brand and our customer experience matter too much to ship anything less than excellent. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own Peec's branded GTM materials: sales decks, offers, one-pagers, and proposal templates. Work with our Design team to keep them current, consistent, and pixel-perfect - Build our case study program with product marketing: identify the right customers with CX and Sales, run interviews, turn results into compelling stories, and get them in front of prospects - Run competitive intelligence: track what competitors ship and say, turn it into clear, practical resources our teams use in live deals, and flag what matters to Product and leadership - Build workflows and automations that speed up how GTM teams find, create, and use materials, using AI where it genuinely improves the result - Act as the connective tissue between Growth, Sales, and CX: gather what each team needs, align on priorities, and make sure everyone works from the same story - Learn our product and the AI search space deeply, and translate new features and market shifts into materials within days, not weeks - Decide what to work on first when ten teams need ten things, and build systems so the same request doesn't need to be solved twice WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3–5 years in sales enablement, product marketing, GTM operations, or a similar role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company - A strong eye for aesthetics: you notice misaligned elements, inconsistent fonts, and off-brand colors, and you know when something looks right.
