Database Engineer

This role administers and supports multiple MySQL database clusters, including sharded environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and capacity planning. The DBA will manage databases like MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, and ClickHouse, optimize queries, and develop backup/recovery procedures. Requires 3+ years of production DBA experience, deep MySQL/Percona expertise, and proficiency with ProxySQL, Linux scripting, and large data volumes.

This senior role manages and optimizes large-scale MySQL database infrastructure across Google Cloud and AWS, focusing on high availability, performance tuning, and disaster recovery. The DBA will lead administration of Percona Server, implement ProxySQL configurations, manage replication, and mentor junior DBAs. Requires 5+ years of production DBA experience, deep MySQL/Percona expertise, and proficiency with IaC tools and cloud platforms.

Manages and optimizes MySQL databases to ensure high performance and reliability. Responsibilities include database design, tuning, backup, and recovery.

This role ensures 24/7 performance and integrity of global database systems, managing installation, security, capacity planning, backup/recovery, and ITIL processes, while optimizing performance for mission-critical applications and working with TiDB.

Develop and maintain Python-based solutions for platform and white-label DSPs, handle socket programming, and improve performance. Requires 3+ years Python, socket programming, image processing.

Manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns for A-list brands. Requires 3+ years ad-ops experience, knowledge of at least 3 DSPs, and 1 year MySQL. Proactive, flexible, fluent English.
