LLM/ML Engineer

Develops and deploys machine learning models and AI systems, building scalable ML pipelines, optimizing model performance, and integrating AI capabilities into production environments using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

Hands-on technical leadership role to define, build, and productionise ML and AI capabilities across Lemma's advertising platform. Works on ambiguous, high-impact problems involving large-scale advertising data, real-time decision systems, optimisation, forecasting, and Generative AI.

Hands-on Machine Learning / AI Engineer to convert business problems into production-ready ML and AI solutions. Works closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Ad Operations teams to develop models, data pipelines, APIs, experiments, and intelligent automation systems.

Develops both frontend and backend components of TrafficStars' platform, contributing to overall architecture and requiring proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.

Manages publisher relationships, ensuring their needs are met and optimizing their performance on the ad platform. Role involves strategic account management and support.
