Former Netflix Payments Leaders Raise €7.2M for Nopan

Nopan, a performance platform specializing in account and wallet payments, has secured €7.2 million in total funding, with the latest round led by venture capital firm Newion. Follow-on backing came from Crane and Seedcamp, alongside several angel investors. Founded by former Netflix payments leaders Konstantin Surkov and Nick Ryabov, Nopan provides merchant-side optimization infrastructure to help digital businesses and Payment Service Providers increase checkout conversion rates and optimize non-card transactions across Europe. The capital will support Nopan's market expansion, product development, and commercial growth.

Embedd Raises €2.3 Million for Physical AI Software Infrastructure

London-based startup Embedd has secured €2.3 million ($2.7 million) in a pre-Seed funding round led by Seedcamp. The investment also saw participation from Cocoa, Connect Ventures, 2100 Ventures, Vesna Capital, U.ventures, Underline Ventures, Common Magic, and Roosh Ventures. Founded by Ukrainian tech entrepreneurs Michael Lazarenko, Maxim Gorinov, and Valentin Gololobov, Embedd utilizes digital twins and autonomous AI agents to automate the integration of semiconductor chips into software environments. The platform addresses hardware fragmentation bottlenecks, enabling engineers to deliver production-ready chip software up to six times faster. Since its commercial launch in April 2026, Embedd has secured multiple contracts, including one with Microchip Technology to enable Zephyr support.
