German neobroker Scalable Capital has launched 'Agentic Investing', enabling customers to link their brokerage accounts to AI assistants such as ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic) and Grok, and execute securities transactions via natural-language prompts. The company says it is the first bank in Europe to open its platform this way to mainstream AI assistants. Users can execute trades, set up savings plans, manage watchlists, set price alerts and access analysis functions from Scalable Insights. Technically, the integration is based on an MCP server and a local CLI tool; trades require login, two-factor authentication and explicit release before execution. Rival Bitpanda recently launched a similar MCP-based agentic trading interface. Scalable Capital manages over €60 billion for more than one million customers and employs over 800 people.
