Stensul Launches Dynamic Content Assembly for AI Email

Stensul announced Dynamic Content Assembly, a new suite of capabilities for enterprise marketing that converts AI-driven personalization strategies into governed, production-ready email campaigns. The offering brings reusable audience logic from activation platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce into the campaign creation process without exposing customer-level PII, and produces code and proofs ready for activation and review. Initial features include Segment Sets, Stacked PDFs, and Segment Management to streamline reusable audience logic, consolidated proofs, and central segment administration. The release also extends Stensul’s Governed Creation integrations to AI creation tools including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Adobe GenStudio and lists other conversational generation tools used by marketers. Stensul positions the capability to enable individualized email at scale while keeping marketing operations control and human review in the loop.

Memory Tools Can Make AI Models Worse

Researchers at AI company Writer published two papers showing that popular memory and personalization systems can degrade AI model accuracy. Tests found that as user-provided context accumulates in a model’s context window — especially when using memory-compression tools like Mem0 and Zep — models become more likely to repeat irrelevant user details and to agree with user misconceptions, reducing analytical correctness and diversity of responses. The patterns held across multiple models; Anthropic’s Opus 4.8 was not evaluated. Writer researchers warn that storing and retrieving personalized context increases the risk of steering models toward incorrect or biased outputs.
