Volaris Group is a buy-and-hold acquirer and operating group focused on vertical-market software businesses. As part of Constellation Software Inc., it acquires profitable niche software companies and keeps them as long-term operating businesses rather than consolidating them for resale. The group spans more than 200 portfolio companies across more than 50 countries and includes software assets serving sectors such as marketing, cultural institutions, justice and public safety, governance, workforce operations, automotive, security, logistics and asset management. The group creates value through acquisition discipline, decentralised portfolio management and the aggregation of recurring software revenues generated by its subsidiaries. Its customers are not end-consumers; they are the business, institutional and public-sector buyers served by each portfolio company, including franchise networks, museums, government agencies, regulated enterprises and asset-intensive organisations. Revenue is derived primarily from portfolio company software subscriptions, licensing, maintenance and enterprise contracts.
