Uscreen

Uscreen is a saaS platform for launching subscription video membership businesses.

Analyst Perspective

Uscreen is a private B2B SaaS company that provides an all-in-one video membership and OTT platform for creators and media businesses. Its core product combines video hosting, subscription billing, live streaming, community features, analytics, and white-label app distribution for mobile and TV. The platform is built for businesses that want to own their audience relationships and monetise video content directly through subscriptions and pay-per-view rather than relying on third-party consumer platforms. Uscreen generates revenue primarily from recurring software subscriptions, with additional monetisation from higher-tier plans, OTT app packages, and premium enablement layers such as Membership+. Its direct customers are creators, educators, fitness operators, influencers, and media companies building paid video memberships. The company has a strong North American base and active presence in Europe, but it is not a fully global operator on the evidence provided.

Uscreen has expanded its creator platform footprint through the launch of Hammer Elite, a dedicated video membership app for financial creator Caleb Hammer. This Uscreen-powered platform enables the monetisation of exclusive, ad-free content beyond YouTube, featuring cross-device playback and organised show hubs. Under the leadership of CEO Allison Yazdian, the development facilitates the transition of digital franchises into independent subscription models, allowing creators to centralise their archives and host live events within their own branded ecosystems.

Category Differentiation

Uscreen is a B2B subscription video software platform, not a consumer streaming service. It sells infrastructure to creators and media businesses rather than operating its own viewer-facing content catalogue.

Uscreen: About

Uscreen sells hosted software infrastructure that enables businesses to launch and run branded subscription video services. It creates value by bundling video hosting, OTT app deployment, billing, live streaming, community, and analytics into a single managed platform, reducing technical complexity for customers. Its model is recurring-revenue SaaS, with expansion through premium features, app distribution, and customer success programmes that improve retention and account value.

How Uscreen Works & Monetises

Business model analysis and core revenue streams

Uscreen monetises primarily through recurring SaaS subscription fees charged to businesses using its platform. Pricing expands by tier, with higher plans unlocking branded mobile and TV apps, community capabilities, and more advanced platform functionality. Additional revenue comes from premium OTT app packages, enterprise-style higher-tier plans, and subscription access to value-added enablement such as Membership+. Uscreen enables customers to earn via subscriptions and pay-per-view, but Uscreen itself primarily captures fixed recurring software revenue rather than a marketplace take-rate.
