IHC

International Holding Company is an Abu Dhabi-headquartered public investment holding company that allocates capital across a broad portfolio of subsidiaries, listed entities and joint ventures. Its portfolio spans financial services, technology, media and other sectors, and the group reports consolidated revenue and profit at substantial scale. Beyond passive ownership, IHC also incubates and backs operating platforms such as reinsurance infrastructure, digital securities infrastructure, financial services orchestration and media-service assets. IHC makes money primarily through its holding company model: consolidated operating revenue from subsidiaries, dividends and income from portfolio companies, capital appreciation, strategic listings and exits, and selected platform-based software or transaction revenues inside its portfolio. Its direct commercial counterparties are institutional investors and public-market shareholders at the parent level, while its portfolio companies sell to enterprises, financial institutions, advertisers and consumer audiences depending on the asset.
