ScaleOps Raises $130M to Optimize AI Compute Efficiency

ScaleOps, a New York–headquartered startup building autonomous software to manage and reallocate cloud compute in real time, raised $130 million in a Series C at an $800 million valuation. The round was led by Insight Partners with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners, NFX, Glilot Capital Partners and Picture Capital. ScaleOps says its platform — designed for production Kubernetes environments — can cut cloud and AI infrastructure costs by up to 80%. Founded in 2022 by CEO Yodar Shafrir (formerly of Run:ai), the company serves enterprise customers including Adobe, Wiz, DocuSign, Salesforce and Coupa. ScaleOps reported roughly $210 million in total funding after the round, >450% year-over-year growth, and plans product expansion and hiring to push toward fully autonomous infrastructure.

Niv-AI Launches to Optimize GPU Power in Data Centers

Niv-AI, a Tel Aviv-based startup, exited stealth with $12 million in seed funding to measure and manage GPU power usage in data centers. Founded last year by CEO Tomer Timor and CTO Edward Kizis, the company is deploying rack-level sensors that capture millisecond-scale GPU power profiles and plans to build AI models to predict and synchronize power loads — a “copilot” for data center engineers. Backers include Glilot Capital, Grove Ventures, Arc VC, Encoded VC, Leap Forward and Aurora. Niv-AI expects operational deployments in a handful of U.S. data centers within six to eight months and positions its product as an intelligence layer between data centers and the electrical grid.
