U.S. Investors Sue South Korea Over Coupang Data Breach

Several U.S. investment firms have filed a notice seeking investor–state arbitration under the U.S.–Korea Free Trade Agreement after alleging discriminatory and unlawful treatment of Coupang following a major December 2025 data breach.
