Movile

Movile is a Brazilian strategic investor and holding company focused on long-term investments in technology businesses across Latin America. Its portfolio spans food delivery, cloud communications, children’s streaming, event ticketing, embedded finance, and digital payments through assets including iFood, Wavy, PlayKids, Sympla, Zoop, and Movile Pay. The company sits upstream of these operating businesses rather than functioning as a single-product software vendor. Movile creates value by allocating capital, building and integrating digital platforms, and scaling category leaders through acquisitions and portfolio support. Revenue is generated indirectly through its owned and controlled businesses: transaction commissions and delivery economics from iFood, SaaS and API fees from Wavy and Zoop, subscription income from PlayKids, ticketing fees from Sympla, and payment-related fees from Movile Pay. Its customers are therefore split between portfolio-level end users and business clients, while Movile itself primarily serves as an investor, owner, and strategic operator.
